SHIPPING

  • All U.S. orders will be shipped within approximately 10 days. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

  • If you have not received an email confirmation within 10 days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

  • Due to ongoing global trade regulations and import tariffs, some international shipments may experience delays in customs processing. These tariffs, imposed between countries, can affect the speed at which goods are cleared and released, especially for cross-border orders.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a partial refund of 20% of your original order amount. This helps us maintain fairness across all orders while saving you the time and cost of shipping the item back.

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@jueco.shop with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions if necessary.

  • Please note that, in most cases, we do not require the item to be returned. This streamlined approach allows us to process your refund more quickly. However, photo proof of the item may be requested to verify the condition.

  • This partial refund is considered a one-time courtesy per order, and is only available for claims made within 7 days of delivery. Orders outside this window are no longer eligible for any refund.
